      Hey Darwin,

What I meant to say is that Fantome is as inconsistent a beer as I know of. From bottle to bottle, let alone batch to batch this beer can differ. When it’s “on” aka tasting really good, then it’s one of the best beers in the world. But there are other times when it’s just not quite right. It may be an infection, or just fermentation issues. Does that make sense?

Wow… That was an amazing gusher… Glad you got it on video, or no one would believe you… It’s like a fish story; “I swear, it was THIS BIG!”.

  2. From "Darwin G" :

That’s what I thought you meant. I’ve had it a couple times and really enjoyed it. Thanks for the reply! Cheers!
