  1. From "Robert" :

I had the focal banger on tap at a bar in Waterbury a few weeks ago. I agree with your assessment, incredible berry nose and more bitter than heady. I am looking forward to this going into full production.

  2. From "DarwinG" :

Thanks for doing a video on Focal Banger.

Interesting notes on the Mosaic hop. I’ll have keep my eye out for more Mosaic hopped IPAs.

  3. From "Ryan" :

Thanks for sharing this with us Kansas folks while we were there. Your place was the highlight of our trip.

  4. From "Kgncfl" :

The Alchemist Brew Pub was not “crushed” by tropical storm Sandy. The brewpub was flooded with the rain coming from tropical storm Irene.

  5. From "Rich" :

Kgncfl, relax Mr. Literal. Either way the pub was put out of commission by Mother Nature. Chris, great show and description of the beer. The Alchemist just started doing a grass roots truck sale where they sell their newly canned beers out of vans at announced spots. This weekend they’re selling two new canned beers called The Crusher (American DIPA, super-hopped, 9.6 abv) and Beelzebub (citra dry-hopped imperial stout). Hoping to pick some cases up and would love to send you a sample of each for a show.
