    Chris and Margaret,
    Really enjoyed the Dubbel shows. I’ve watched most of your videos, and as Belgian abbey ales are some of my favorites, I’m glad to see you reviewing this style.
    However, the subtitles for Part 2 are copies from Part 1.

    Just tried the Rochefort 8 from this shows recommendation. I really liked the honey raisin malt taste from it. It had a lot of sediment in the bottom but I never tasted it. Thanks for turning me on to another beer.

The Beer Temple is a craft beer store, owned and operated by Chris and Margaret Quinn of Chicago, Illinois. Chris is a Siebel Institute Master of Beer Styles and Evaluation, and also a Certified Cicerone. Margaret is a Certified Beer Server, and has completed classes at the Siebel Institute.
