I’m curious about Matt from about 11:00 to 11:30… I can’t tell if his facial expressions etc are due to the beer, what you & Steve are discussing, or if he’s smelled some Max-delivered flatulence or something. I also can’t decide if you should talk them into more vidcasts for that very reason, or if that sort of reaction is why they tend to be audio only.
Glad you guys enjoyed this one! I had a couple bottles initially that I drank and really enjoyed, but was hoping to see what Chris thought about it with some age because I ran into Tom Knorr of EVO back in late Feb. and he thought it was only getting better in the bottle. You all got to reap the rewards!
EVO just recently moved into a larger facility in Salisbury, MD in a hopes to expand production and most notably their barrel program. So, more good things to come. Side note: their Menagerie #5 (BA’d RIS) got some nice dap back in the winter in Draft magazine, so they were pretty geeked about that.
Cheers guys! Keep up the good work!

Russ I was going to comment on the same thing, it was always out of nowhere also with no distinct reason why but he would look exactly like he smelled something…. nasty. But at least he defended his beer to the very end so I give him that. Hearing these different descriptors was very interesting also, of course the dolphin water has to be mentioned haha!
Nice to hear from you, Mike!
