      Brewdog certainly knows how to market themselves. I would also say they brew very much in the American craft tradition. I’ve had the Nuclear Penguin and it was actually pretty good. Better than I thought.

    Single, or engel, beers aren’t rarely brewed, they’re just rarely exported to the US.

    Kind of stumbled across you guys accidentally, checked out a few episodes. Well done! Smuttynose is one of my favorites from my time in New England, just really solid, drinkable beers.

    Last one I watched was the Christmas Ale episode. Have you checked out “twelve dogs” by thirsty dog? Rumor I’ve heard is it’s the old Great Lakes recipe, would be curious to know what you think.

About the Temple

The Beer Temple is a craft beer store, owned and operated by Chris and Margaret Quinn of Chicago, Illinois. Chris is a Siebel Institute Master of Beer Styles and Evaluation, and also a Certified Cicerone. Margaret is a Certified Beer Server, and has completed classes at the Siebel Institute.

Monday-Thursday 11:00am-8:00pm
Friday-Saturday 11:00am-9:00pm
Sunday 12:00pm-5:00pm
