  1. From "castello" :

More Pils and lager. It’s too hot for hop city!

  2. From "Russ Perry Jr" :

Ha ha, not the most flattering still to represent the video. :-)

Sorry I don’t have any “what I’d like to see” ideas for you, but in general, “variety is the spice of life”, and so if one time you do a category of beers, and the next a company-specific set of beers, it’s all good — don’t feel a need to be consistent in your approach every time.

  3. From "Rick" :

Just an idea…Boulevard Brewing does a “Smoke Stack Series” which may be an interesting show. A few off the top off my head were the Double Wide IPA, Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale and Rye on Rye.

  4. From "Mike V. Sardina" :

Knee Deep is doing some terrific things…

Hoptologist is a nice DIPA, and Simtra is an AMAZING IIIPA. They have also been releasing some other interesting beer offerings, such as an Imperial Tanilla version of Tanilla, as well as a new red ale (similar to Port Brewing’s Shark Bite in terms of a malt-driven big beer…).

Jeremy, the owner/master brewer, is a cool cool guy too. I would recommend any/all Knee Deep beers, but keep a look out for older bottles (and unfortunately, they don’t bottle date)…yet, I know Jeremy will personally send fresh bottles to people who may get an old/off bottle of brew…

Well, cheers, and keep up the great work!

    Mike
