Thanks for the great shout out Chris!!
I feel the Five Crown is still a little young. Let her age for a few more months to develop richer flavors and to round out a little bit of the edge.
Cheers!
Congrats to the winners of the Longshot! Thanks Chris for the shout out! Wow, I was holding my breath and BAM a bigass shout out. It goes to show you, if you beg enough, good things happen.
Ironic that I can’t seem to review shows on Itunes because I live in Cupertino, the home of apple and went to the same high school as Steve Jobs!
Hey Chris,
This may be old news, but I just saw via their twitter feed that Lagunitas has plans to have a second brewery up and running at the end of 2113 in your town of Chicago. I just wanted to see if you knew anything about it or had any thoughts on the topic.
Cheers,
Jeff
Jeff, it’s not exactly ancient news, but yes I did hear about Lagunitas. In fact, I just heard a really cool interview with Lagunitas owner Tony Magee. Seems like he’s no one to shy away from controversy. You can listen to it Here
Congrats to Joe for representing Chicago! Is the 6 pack relatively easy to find in the area? I could use some liquid inspiration for starting my first home brew with a friend this weekend!
Way to go Jen! What’s your first brew going to be? Oh and Binny’s will have the longshot sixers for sure. Just ask.
